We offer intervention/therapy services for children and youth ages 5-18. These services aim to help children and youth process and better understand and manage their thoughts and emotions. Intervention services also consist of direct skill teaching and practice.

Intervention services can be helpful for a range of presenting difficulties, such as anxiety, low mood and depression, emotion and behavioral regulation difficulties, and stress and trauma. We will work with you to determine the best approach to intervention based on your unique goals and needs.

Parenting Consultation

Does your child have "big behaviors" or difficulty regulating their emotions? Parenting support can be helpful when you feel that you struggle to manage your child's emotions or behavior effectively. With a focus on connection and self-compassion, parents can learn emotion coaching and co-regulation strategies to better understand and manage their child's needs and behavior while promoting a positive parent-child relationship.

In person and virtual services are available.

"Every time you think of calling a kid 'attention-seeking' this year, consider changing it to 'connection-seeking' and see how your perspective changes."
