Fees & Insurance
Fees at the Connections Clinic are based on recommendations from our professional associations. Accepted forms of payment include cash, cheque, direct debit and credit card.
For an initial consultation and intervention services (e.g., therapy, parenting support), payment is due at the beginning of the session. For assessment services, payment is due at the final feedback appointment. You will be issued a receipt to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement and tax purposes. We do not offer direct billing at this time.

Clients can self-refer for services. However, please check with your insurance provider regarding coverage requirements, as some insurance companies require a referral from a physician for reimbursement purposes.
Fees for Assessment Services
Initial
Consultation
The purpose of the initial consultation session is to gather information and determine the type of assessment required.
If proceeding with the assessment, this fee is then deducted from the total cost. This session is 60 minutes.

Psychoeducational & Developmental Assessments
This includes a clinical interview, observations, questionnaires, typically 2-4 in-person testing sessions, a feedback session and a written report with recommendations.

ADHD
Assessment
This includes clinical interviews, observations, and questionnaires. In children, this may also include additional testing of attentional skills and executive function. A feedback session and a written report with recommendations is provided.

This includes clinical interviews and questionnaires. A feedback session and written report with recommendations is provided.
Mental Health Assessments

This includes clinical interviews, questionnaires, several testing sessions, a feedback session and a written report with recommendations.
